Leadership is a complex multidimensional concept; strong leadership is critical for realizing the vision of transformed healthcare and development sectors. In these fields, leadership serves as an asset to face challenges and is an important skill to possess. In order to reach this goal, common leadership skills must be looked for among young as well as experienced professionals studying or working in these sectors.
