- Chamara holds a BA (Hons) in Economics from the University of Colombo, where he also worked as a tutor at the department of Demography. Chamara joined IHP in December 2008 as a quantitative Research Assistant, focusing mainly on the analysis of household datasets, mortality studies, and population projection modeling.
